We developed a local-first brand for Appleby, a homebuilding consultancy rooted in Toronto’s Appleby neighborhood. The identity is designed to feel grounded and natural, reflecting both the physical process of building a home and the emotional aspect of settling into a place.

The visual system draws on restrained, organic elements to create a sense of trust and permanence.
